I have already entered the correct verification code, why I could not proceed to the next registration steps?
- Please re-confirm the verification code that you have entered and try again.
- The verification of the code is case sensitive, so please check if the “Caps Lock” is in the correct status.
- Try to refresh the page, and a fresh verification code will be generated. Enter the new verification code and try again.

Can I register if I am not a Malaysian or Singaporean?
Yes. You can enter your passport number and choose “others” in the “state” field during the registration process.

I could not proceed to the next step after entering my details; I am being told I am already a registered member.
A unique email address is required for every new Kiloqus user for the safety of our users, please confirm with friends/ family who share the same email address whether the specific email address has been used.

Can I edit my shipping address later on?
Yes. You can edit your profile on the account details page after you have logged in with your username and password.

- Please check the validity of your email account before further proceeds.

Tips on creating a good and secure password.
- Please try not to use your birthday, your name or any details that can be easily accessed by others.
- Please use a password that you can easily memorize to avoid the problem of losing password.
- Please try to use combination of numbers, capital letter and small letters to increase the security of your password.

Selecting an User ID.
User ID is an unique identification for all Kiloqus members, it is required during logging in to our site as a member.
- Remember that user IDs can contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and/or some symbols, and must be between 4 and 15 characters.
- Please avoid using The @, &, ‘, (, ), <, or > character, as well as spaces.
- Vulgar, obscene words are refrained from being used as Kiloqus users name.
- Please be reminded that once an User ID is registered, it cannot be changed. If you wish to change an User ID, please unregistered your current account by sending us a mail at administrator@kiloqus.com and try to register a new account with the User ID that you wish to employ.

I forgot my username/password.
You can click on the link next to “Forgot Password?” and enter your registered email address. A confirmation link mail will be sent to the provided email address to instruct you to change your password in a secured manner.
You can also change your password after you have logged in to our website.

How can I maintain my logged-in status for a period of time?
Currently we do not employ cookies feature to allow the maintenance of logged-in status for our users to avoid theft incident when your personal computer is being unauthorized accessed by others.

How safe it is to make purchases online?
Making purchases in Kiloqus.com is absolutely safe as we employ different levels of policies and mechanisms in order to protect both buyers' and sellers' interest. Kiloqus employs Secured Socket Layers (SSL) Certificate to encrypt users' personal details and most importantly, safeguard shoppers' transaction data during purchasing process.
Additionaly, sellers are certified by Kiloqus via a strict set of criteria and products posted are strictly assessed. From time to time, Kiloqus also monitors vendors' operating condition and shipping performances as to ensure quality products and services are delivered to our customers. Our aim is to make Kiloqus.com a SAFE trading environment for our customers.

Browsing the listing items.
Users can comfortably start through categories and select desired category/sub-category to continue. Once the desired category/subcategory is selected, you can browse through lists of specific item(s) listed under the category.
Alternatively, you can also use our search engine to find specific item that they are looking for. The category drop-down menu can help you to narrow down search criteria and effectively find your desired item.
By clicking specific item(s), you can browse for a more detailed description and picture of the listed item(s).

Making purchases.
Kiloqus offers 2 variation of purchasing methods:
Qus It! - Making purchases starts by placing 'Qus' on the item(s) you wish to purchase in hope to lower down Qus It! price. The item(s)' confirmed price will be finalized upon Qus It! period ending date and confirmation will be addressed to you.
Direct Buy - Alternatively, you can buy item(s) directly at the Direct Buy price via the 'Direct Buy' facility.

Monitoring Qus It orders and/or Direct Buy item(s).
Please go to My Qus! after you have logged into our website, you can oversee the item(s) you have placed the 'Qus' on. The time left to closing date, current number of Qus and current price are displayed on the My Qus! page.
If you had made purchases via Direct Buy facility, you can check your purchasing items in your Direct Buy cart. You can make any amandments for your purchasings anytime before checking out your Direct Buy cart. -
Keeping track of your favourite items/vendors.
If you are interested in a specific product, you can always add it as favourite item. This also applies to vendors as you can also add your favourite, preferred vendors. You can track, monitor your favourite items/vendors inside the 'Favourites' page under My Qus! section.

Who are vendors?
Vendors are CERTIFIED SELLERS in Kiloqus Marketplace. We understand that online shoppers are greatly concern with safety issues relating to online shopping. In order deliver a SAFE online trading environment and SMOOTH shopping experience, all sellers must be verified via a strict set of criteria. Products sold by vendors are also being critically assessed.

Communicating with Vendors.
Have doubts regarding a specific product? You can now ask Vendors questions by utilizing the 'Ask Vendor' facility in each product's page. You can track replies from Vendors via the 'Inbox' page under My Qus! section. Please note that your contact details will be encrypted from Vendors.

What is Qus?
A 'Qus' is equivalent to a ‘request of purchase’ on the item(s) you wish to purchase. Placing a Qus is a temporary form of purchase whilst other users makes similar purchase on the same item. The concept is to gather more Qus in order to bargain for a better price. After a Qus It! period ends, the total number of Qus collected will determine the final price of the item(s). The more Qus it gets the lower price it is. You will ONLY PAY after the final price is concluded.
To make a Qus It! order, simply click on the 'Qus It!' button and proceed according to the instructions. Please note that once Qus It! order is made, you are committed to purchase the particular item, thus you cannot cancel the order. You can place as many Qus as you wish to, and you can monitor your Qus It! orders in your My Qus! page.

How does the number of Qus affecting the final Qus It! price of the item(s) / Qus.
Kiloqus consolidate all the Qus on the same item and propose the price to our supplier; hence the number of Qus can actually lower the final Qus It! price of the item(s), the more Qus it gets, the lower price it is.

Is there a maximum number of Qus that one user can place at a period of time?
Practically, there is no limit on the number of Qus that one use can place at a period of time. Hence you can ‘Qus’ as many items as you wish. Enjoy shopping!

What is the difference between Qus It! and Direct Buy purchasing?
Qus It! purchasing is an innovative way to allow customers to buy a specific product along with other shoppers with valued price. As long the more Qus gathered, the lower the price goes. However, Qus It! transactions can only be concluded once the item's Qus It! period ends in order to determine the final price.
Direct Buy differentiates as customers can purchase a specific product instantly without waiting for the item's Qus It! period ends. However, customer will have to pay for the Direct Buy price instead of the Qus It! price (which may get lower based on Qus gathered).

How do I make Direct Buy purchases?
You can purchase a specific item instantly by clicking the 'Direct Buy' button. Please follow the instructions to add the item to your Direct Buy cart. You can always check your Direct Buy cart inside My Qus! page.
Ending Transactions

How do I know when does my ordered item's Qus It! period ends?
Please pay attention to the ‘closing date’ displayed on your My Qus! page or the item page. The ‘closing date’ tells you the date when your Qus It! period ends.

What should I do and what does Kiloqus do when my orders' Qus It! period ends?
- Please confirm your shipping address when your order's Qus It! period ends. Your shipping address is basically determining whether your purchased item(s) delivered to, so please confirm the correct shipping address. If there is no shipping address input during the Qus It! process, the item will be shipped to the address in your account profile.
- When your order's Qus It! period ends, Kiloqus will send you an email regarding the final price, quantity of the item(s) you have purchased. Separate email will be sent to you for each ended item on the same day.
- Subsequently, an E-invoice will be issued to you on all the items that you have purchased and end on the same day.
- Please complete the payment within 2 business days.
- We will ship the item(s) to you after the completion of payment in accordance to the shipping date stated on the item page.

What kind of details should I be looking at when my order's Qus It! period ends?
Your shipping address, final price of the item(s), item(s) which closed successfully on the day and the local Kiloqus's banking details basically are the most important details after a Qus It! period ends.

How do I check out my Direct Buy cart?
In your Direct Buy cart inside My Qus! page, click on the "Check Out Cart" button. Follow the instructions stated in order to proceed for purchasing confirmation and payments. Please note that an E-invoice will be issued for your reference before you make any payments to us. This is to ensure that your remmitance is TRUE and SAFE to be remitted to us.

What are the payment options?
Kiloqus always wishes to provide a safe and convenient payment experience for our users within our capability to ensure that we delivered what we have promised.
We accept payments by Paypal/Credit Cards/Internet Banking/ATM transfer or Direct Deposit to our local banking account. In the future, we may introduce more new payment methods into the marketplace after being evaluated to be useful, more convenient and more secured to our users.

Why internet banking? Is this payment method safe?
Internet banking is a common payment way nowadays which safely secured by the bank that you are with. We understand that incorrect transfer of funds to unintended person through internet banking is a prominent problem, so we will refund any excess payment that you have transferred to us at no charges. However, we do not responsible for the payment that you have accidentally transferred to other third party even the payment is intended to be transferred to us.

Does Kiloqus ship item(s) internationally?
Yes. Your purchased item(s) can be delivered internationally at an affortable shipping rate depending on the country you wish the item(s) to be shipped to. Please refer to our international shipping cost on the item page.

I did not get an invoice after making a transaction.
We will issue an E-invoice once you confirm/check out your orders. E-invoice is only valid when relevant bank-in or payment proof is provided and funds are confirmed received. If you did not receive any invoice from us, please contact us at weichen@kiloqus.com so that we can re-send you the invoice.

How long does it take for the delivery of my purchased item(s)?
Local shipment within Malaysia & Singapore normally takes 2 to 6 business days.
International shipment normally takes 5 to 16 business days due to different country.However, we cannot assure you on the precise shipment duration due to unforseen circumstances. Shipment delays might occur due to reasons such as shortage of stocks, import issues and etc. We wil notify you accordingly if such occasion occurs. For international shipments, please refer to the item page for shipping details.

At the moment, we offer purchasing services for China (Taobao 淘宝, PaiPai 拍拍, Eachnet 易趣, etc.); Taiwan (Yahoo!奇摩, Ruten 露天, PChome 网路家庭, etc); Malaysia (Lelong.com.my, eBay MY, etc.); U.S.A (eBay, Amazon, etc.) and local websites (eBay SG, G Market, etc.).

How do I make Tell Us Your Need purchases?
Simply go to our 'Tell Us Your Need' page, choose the relevant country where the item originates. Fill up the form with detailed information (Detailed information helps us to locate the item faster and effectively). If you planned to buy from a shopping website, provide us the item's page URL so that we can purchase it directly on behalf of you. Please note that if the item is an auction item, do provide us the maximum price you can afford so that we can bid it for you.
Once submitted, you can track your Tell Us Your Need request(s) in 'My Request' page under My Qus! section.
